Rules

Only one copy of Mystic Falls Kennel's puppies will be given out. We keep a copy of the puppy separate from our game just incase something should happen to your copy, or if we reclaim it.

You are not allowed to upload our offspring on exchanges or somewhere else

The pup has to keep our prefix (Mystic's) or our suffix (of Mystic Falls). You are not permitted to add your own.

You may not change the pups show name. Call name can be changed

You may not change the pups conformation/gender/color at all.

If you want to change the fur intensity, please contact us before.

You may not use the conformation or coat color as a base for your own dog's.

You have 1 month (30 days) to put the pups profile up on your website. Failure to do this will result in a repossession where we take the pup back to either live in our kennel, or be re-sold.

If you want to have a litter with your dog, then we get to choose a pup either before or after you, so please contact us before taking applications

If you are buying a pup for show , breeding or Co-Owner, you must show him/her. If you fail to do this, we will email you to figure out the issue. In some cases, the pup will be repossessed.

We do not take preorders for a litter since it is very difficult to keep all those reservations in mind

If, for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your pup, please email us to see if we'll take the pup back. If not, we'll give you the okay to re-sell the pup.

If you agree and have been reading the rules carefully, please add a Fall's Border to your form.

Dog's will not be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Breeders come before Regulars. You have 3 days after we contacted you to pick your puppy or to sign the sale agreement. If you do not reply in the period of time, we'll contact the next person on the reservation list.

We won't accept forms with only one word, like "breeding" or "pet". Be creative ;)

We reserve rights to reclaim if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive.
I am not a breeder and not registered at the SUKC.
In this case, you are still able to reserve a puppy. The only thing that is different, you do not need to pay with virtual money from the SUKC. But this also means that you are going to be a regular reservation and we can not promise, that there will be a puppy left for you.
The 2 types of reservations
There is a "SUKC reservation" and a "regular reservation".
SUKC reservations need to be registered and active members at the SUKC and have to have a website. These reservations always have top priority and need to pay the virtual money at the SUKC!
Regular reservation are for those, who are not registered and/or do not have a website (if you are a member of the SUKC but don't have a website, please fill out the SUKC reservation anyway and just leave out the homepage. Should you get one later on, please send us the link) and want the dog/puppy as pet dog or for their kennels, for breeding purpose. These reservations are of lower priority but do not need to pay the virtual money! If we find the dog being registered at the SUKC even though you said, that you're not a member, we will either charge you the money the pup would have cost or we will reclaim it.
